Cancellation Policy

At Dhavi Creations, we aim to provide a seamless and transparent shopping experience. We understand that sometimes you may change your mind or need to cancel an order. Please review our guidelines below for cancelling an order.

Standard Orders

Standard orders can be cancelled only if they have not yet been shipped. Once an order is dispatched and handed over to our shipping partners, it cannot be cancelled.

If your order is successfully cancelled before shipment, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 24 hours.

Pre-orders & Custom Items

Pre-orders and made-to-order items can also be cancelled anytime prior to shipment. However, please note that a 5% cancellation fee applies to these items, as production resources and materials are allocated specifically for your order in advance.

The remaining 95% of your payment will be refunded to your original payment method.

Partial Cancellations

If you wish to cancel only specific items from a multi-item order, we evaluate this on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request depending on the shipment status of the individual items.

Refund Processing Time

While Dhavi Creations will initiate your refund within 24 hours of a successful cancellation, please be aware that banks and credit card companies typically take 3 to 7 business days to process the transaction and post the credit to your account.
