Are fabric paintings washable?
Yes, the artwork is durable and washable. To maintain the quality of the hand-painted design, please follow these guidelines:
- Wash Method: Gentle hand wash in cold water using a mild detergent.
- Special Details: Avoid scrubbing or directly washing areas with gold 3D outliners or stone embellishments.
- Ironing: Always iron on the reverse side of the fabric. Never apply direct heat to the painted surface.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unopened and unused products. If you received a defective item, please contact our grievance support within 48 hours with photographic evidence and unboxing video for a free replacement. The unboxing video is mandatory for returns and replacements.
